			<title>Boilerhouse publish new community site for the NHS Race for Health Programme</title>

			<description><![CDATA[<p><p>Boilerhouse has recently launched the first phase of the redesigned <a href="http://www.raceforhealth.org" target="_blank">Race for Health website</a>. </p><p>The project funded by the Department of Health aims to drive forward improvements in health, for those community members of black and minority ethnic backgrounds.</p><p>Boilerhouse has been working with the Race for Health team on the communications programme over the last few months on the website and has also recently designed a mini brochure for the organisations. Boilerhouse is also currently developing the second phase of the website which will allow the organisation&#39;s website administrators to handle all membership administration and communications online through the site&#39;s content management system.</p></p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p><p><i>The Flag</i>, a magazine designed and produced&#160;by Boilerhouse&#160;10 times a year for <a href="../../../work/bp/" target="_blank">BP Shipping</a>, has recently celebrated its third birthday.</p><p><i>The Flag is now recognised as the medium of excellence through which BP Shipping can feel united</i> &#160;-&#160;Pablo Urrutia, Communications Manager, BP Shipping.</p><p>Originally developed from a monthly newsletter in mid 2005 by Boilerhouse and BP Shipping, <i>The Flag</i> serves as an invaluable internal communications channel.</p><p><i>The Flag was a wonderful idea. 			<description><![CDATA[<p><p><i>Double Barrelled</i> was brewed to celebrate the centenary of the <a href="http://www.basc.org.uk/" target="_blank">British Association of Shooting and Conservation</a> (BASC), and 5p&#160;from the sale of each bottle is donated to BASC funds.&#160;</p><p>BASC promotes sporting shooting (wildfowling, game, deer stalking, pigeon shooting and pest control, gun dogs), promoting&#160;practical habitat conservation and protecting the well-being of the countryside.&#160;</p></p>]]></description>

			<title>Boilerhouse designs Banbury celebration beer.</title>

			<description><![CDATA[<p><p>Hook Norton Brewery recently asked Boilerhouse to design the packaging for &#39;Banbury 400&#39;, a limited edition beer launched at the brewery by Conservative Party leader David Cameron. </p><p>The beer was brewed to mark the 400th anniversary of the Banbury town charter and David Cameron visited Hook Norton Brewery, a few miles from his West Oxfordshire constituency, to celebrate this anniversary and pull the first pint of the Banbury 400 beer. </p><p>This is one of many beers that Boilerhouse has designed over the last few years - see our portfolio page for the Hook Norton Brewery project gallery.</p></p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p><p>The Group Marine Standard division of BP recently asked Boilerhouse to redesign the graphic theme of their internal communications on the back of similar successful projects for the Integrity Management division of BP Shipping. </p><p>This included designing icons for the 15 compulsory elements of the Standard that employees have to adhere to, plus implementing their awareness through printed brochures, office signage, and exhibition display materials. </p></p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p><p>Boilerhouse has been working with Cisco over the last 6 months to brand, develop and launch 2 sister web networking community sites for the Global IT giant.</p><p><a href="http://www.theconnectedrepublic.org.boilerhousestudio.co.uk/" target="_blank">The Connected Republic</a> and <a href="http://www.connectedurbandevelopment.org/" target="_blank">Connected Urban Developement</a> are 2 online communities for internal networking by members of Cisco&#39;s Internet Business Solutions Group and other employees based in the UK, Canada and the USA. The sites use Web 2.0 facilities to get employees networking through forums, blogs, video content and web conferencing. </p></p>]]></description>

			<title>Boilerhouse delivers with NHS Pension Scheme 2008</title>

			<description><![CDATA[<p><strong></strong> <p>Boilerhouse has been working with NHS Pensions since February 2007 communicating major changes to the NHS Pension Scheme effective 1 April 2008.<br /> Boilerhouse was responsible for the communications strategy and plan, plus &#160;its delivery to the Scheme&#8217;s 1.3 million active members, 600,000 pensioners and 400,000 &#8216;deferred&#8217; members, as well as 10,000 NHS employers (including GP Practices), NHS staff not in the pension scheme, trades unions, and the media. <br /> </p>  <p>Boilerhouse wrote and designed all the materials for NHS members, employers and others directly affected. This included 2 million NHS payslip inserts plus numerous factsheets, downloadable employers&#39; guides, staged web sites, plus payroll and pension officer events.</p>  <p>Stakeholder communications activity was undertaken with email announcements along with briefings and materials development for NHS employers, Trades Unions, NHS internal networks, and the media. An advertising campaign was developed for the NHS trade and professional press along with poster use in the various working environments.</p></p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p><p>World Monuments Fund is the leading, international, non-governmental organisation for the protection of cultural heritage. WMF Britain, responsible for projects as far apart as Hyderabad and Antarctica, is the largest affiliate office outside WMF&#8217;s headquarters in New York.<br />  <br /> Boilerhouse has recently re-branded the organisation, provided a wide range of strategic advice on the development of the organisation, designed and built a new website (<a href="http://www.wmf.org.uk" target="_blank">www.wmf.org.uk</a>) and is currently redesigning the organisations periodicals and other print materials.</p>  <p> <i>“... visit the  World Monuments Fund&#8217;s (WMF) new site for inspiration and ideas. The conference, chaired by Sir Chris Clarke, took place at Jury&#8217;s Inn in central Birmingham.</p><p>The report, researched and written by Vicky and her Boilerhouse team, focuses on how public sector organisations can benefit from e-service delivery and is available as a download on the Socitm website, <a href="http://www.socitm.gov.uk" target="_blank">www.socitm.gov.uk</a>.</p><p>The skills and understanding to help public sector organisations achieve transformation and efficiency through better take-up of e-services is one of the key competences that Boilerhouse brings to all public sector communications.</p><p>&#160;</p></p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p><p>Boilerhouse has completed design, print and production for the <strong>‘Searching for Dad&#8217;</strong> Muslim Fatherhood event. The event, hosted by the <strong>An-Nisa Society</strong>, <strong>Fathers Direct</strong> and <strong>Q-News magazine took place at the London Paddington Hilton 23 November 2006</strong>. </p><p>The conference sets out to develop a broader understanding of Muslim fatherhood and to identify the real issues, dilemmas and barriers facing Muslim fathers. The event will also deliver tool kits for individuals and organisations working within Muslim communities.</p></p>]]></description>
