Overview

The Customer Access Improvement Service (CAIS) enables councils to measure and benchmark their performance on customer satisfaction and value for money across the three main customer access channels of web, phone and face to face. Boilerhouse were asked by Socitm INsight and Govmetric to brand this intiative. We also help plan, write and design all printed and electronic marketing communications materials.
