Boilerhouse designed this microsite that supports and supplements the Socitm Insight Report 'Web 2.0: what it is and why it matters – a briefing for public sector managers', published in September 2008. The report describes a wide range of ‘Web 2.0’ developments - wikis, blogs, forums etc and has examples of these facilities built in for Socitm Insight subscribers to use.
